Sunset Kiss Video - Creative Vado HD Test
This was a test video for my new Creative Vado HD. Minimal editing, just a song and some fades. I was pleased with how it turned out. Its not the worlds best camera, but for 100 bucks…i’m pretty happy. Expect some pictures and a full review of the camera soon.

Hey, I just got an email from Creative saying Vado HD is onsale for $199. I own the HD (it really takes nice video) and the orignal Vado pocket video cam. I agree Vado is really at a great price. Both are prefect for tossing in your bag. I don’t get all wigged out with either like I do when I take much more expensive stuff out with me with the kids or when traveling.

So, do you like your Vodo? In comparison with the Flip Video, it seems about the same (except for the removable battery).
Would you ever consider combining video capture from Vodo with one captured from your Panasonic?
I could see myself using it as a backup. Never could hurt. There would be a noticeable difference between my HD100 and this camera, but I’d consider mixing it up in some cases. For an upcoming wedding shoot I think I’ll put it at a creative angle and leave it there for the wedding. Perhaps I’ll cut to it a bit…maybe I won’t…guess we’ll see.
The Vado HD would be good at the price listed, but I actually got it for about 120 ( said 100 in post cause I had a gift card). Keep checking http://www.slickdeals.net it shows up from time to time. My dad just picked up for 100 dollars off a week or two ago.
